The name may not roll of the tongue but I can assure you that it tastes better than it sounds. This chow-fection is like when a cheesecake makes love with a chocolate mousse and Bailey's. That's right, we went there. Maybe this cake wasn't the easiest thing to make but it was certainly worth it. This light creamy cheesecake was absolutely delicious spiked with Bailey's, but the star of the show, I think, was the chocolate mousse.
