Last night when I posted that I was going to make a traditional Buche de Noel I realized that it's not even Thanksgiving yet. I completely skipped my second favorite holiday of the year so for that I'm sorry. This Thanksgiving I'll be showing you how to make your own ice cream, but now just any ice cream, a Spiced Caramel Ice Cream. That's right once you go Cold and Creamy you won't go back.
